Le rapport met en lumi\u00e8re la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 selon laquelle un tiers des enfants au Canada ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas d'une enfance s\u00fbre et saine.\n\nDepuis plus d'une d\u00e9cennie, l'\u00e9tat de l'enfance au Canada est en d\u00e9clin. Selon l'UNICEF, le Canada se classe au 30e rang sur 38 pays riches pour ce qui est de la protection du bien-\u00eatre des enfants - une chute importante par rapport \u00e0 la 12e place occup\u00e9e en 2007.
