Parall\u00e8lement, l&#039;Australie et la France envisagent d&#039;interdire les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, et les poursuites judiciaires aux \u00c9tats-Unis contre les entreprises de m\u00e9dias sociaux se multiplient, des familles, des districts scolaires et des gouvernements all\u00e9guant que la conception de ces plateformes nuit aux enfants et aux jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CFC dira au Parlement : arr\u00eatez d&#039;\u00e9tudier ce que nous savons d\u00e9j\u00e0, commencez \u00e0 mettre en place les protections dont les enfants ont besoin maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que r\u00e9clame CFC dans une loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en ligne \u00ab\u00a0fabriqu\u00e9e au Canada\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de la campagne \u00ab Compte \u00e0 rebours pour les enfants \u00bb, Enfants d\u2019abord Canada mobilise les parents, les enfants et les jeunes, les h\u00f4pitaux p\u00e9diatriques, les \u00e9ducateurs, les forces de l\u2019ordre et les partenaires nationaux partout au Canada afin d\u2019exiger que le Parlement d\u00e9pose et adopte une loi rigoureuse sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en ligne qui comprenne\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obligation de vigilance\u00a0: obligations claires et ex\u00e9cutoires pour les plateformes afin de pr\u00e9venir les pr\u00e9judices pr\u00e9visibles caus\u00e9s aux enfants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4le public ind\u00e9pendant\u00a0: un organisme de r\u00e9glementation fort et ind\u00e9pendant dot\u00e9 d\u2019un r\u00e9el pouvoir de contrainte, de capacit\u00e9s techniques, de transparence et d\u2019autorit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protection des jeunes d\u00e8s la conception\u00a0: conception adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, limites des fonctionnalit\u00e9s addictives, param\u00e8tres par d\u00e9faut pertinents pour les mineurs et garanties contre les abus li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es pour la recherche d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public : pour que le Canada puisse mesurer les pr\u00e9judices et faire respecter la r\u00e9glementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes d&#039;IA concern\u00e9s\u00a0: lorsqu&#039;ils fonctionnent comme des services de consommation de masse utilis\u00e9s par les enfants et les familles.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Citations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sara Austin, fondatrice et PDG de Children First Canada\u00a0:<br><\/strong>\u00ab Chaque jour de retard est un jour de trop dans la vie d&#039;un enfant. Pour nous, c&#039;est un lieu d&#039;apprentissage, de communication, mais aussi un lieu o\u00f9 nous pouvons \u00eatre pris pour cible. Nous ne demandons pas la perfection. Nous demandons simplement d&#039;\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jos\u00e9phine, d\u00e9fenseure des jeunes :<br><\/strong>\u00ab Nous devrions pouvoir naviguer sur Internet sans \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s par des algorithmes con\u00e7us pour nous inciter \u00e0 faire d\u00e9filer sans cesse du contenu ou nous exposer \u00e0 des contenus nuisibles.
