Wes Hall has been a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading efforts to combat antiBlack racism and create meaningful opportunities for Black Canadians—from the classroom to the boardroom. As a key partner of Children First Canada, Wes and the BlackNorth Initiative have provided vital leadership in addressing systemic barriers facing Black
youth and advancing youth-led advocacy. As a Director of the SickKids Foundation, Wes also champions children’s health and well-being. His commitment to empowering the next generation and creating space for underrepresented voices continues to shape a more inclusive future for children and youth across Canada.
