Right now, kids are facing huge challenges and they need our support! An unprecedented paediatric crisis is unfolding across the country, putting children’s lives at risk. Students are experiencing further disruptions to their education and their mental health is suffering. Children and youth need strong leadership from our federal and provincial governments and the support of Canadians to achieve their potential.

- $50 – supports a youth to attend a weekend advocacy summit where youth take charge, training other youth to be advocates and increase their social impact!
- $100 – enables CFC’s advocacy team to address the urgent crisis impacting the health of children and youth in Canada, standing up for their rights to healthcare, education, and safety.
- $250 – provides a child or youth with all the resources they need to participate in the Young Canadians’ Parliament so they can develop their skills as young leaders and changemakers!
- $500 – sends a youth to Ottawa to advocate on Parliament Hill about the priorities of 8 million children and youth in Canada and create real and lasting change.
Sheila, age 17, had the opportunity to go to Parliament Hill in October and advocate for the rights of children to healthy, nutritious food and protection from violence. Her response was a stunning reminder of how important it is that children and youth have the opportunity to be a part of decisions made about them: “Thank you for the best day of my life!”.
